I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for five years, as well as a group fitness instructor. I teach a range of classes from TRX to bootcamp to BOSU, circuit and so on. I am also a certified POUND instructor and recently completed the brand new POUND Unplugged training, as well. I truly love teaching classes, training clients and just making people feel good about themselves overall. I am all about empowering my participants and making them feel completely badass!
