Manager, business owner and entrepreneur of experience, I practice yoga seriously and intensively since 2012. 

On a crazy idea to deepen my personal practice, I went on an adventure in Bali to complet a teacher training in Vinyasa.

I never thought of discovering such a great passion there. That of sharing, of making the practitioners experiences moments when they meet and work 

on them physically and mentally.

Whether through its philosophy, spirituality as in its asanas, yoga allows me to center and explore myself and above all find myself.

Yoga has changed my life, I am constantly training in various workshops. I teach Yoga Vinyasa, Nidra, Yin, Power and meditation clinics but above all, 

I know how to feel and adapt to the needs of the practitioners who accompany me on this fantastic adventure.

My style is dynamic, unpretentious, accessible with a big touch of humour. 

I like that people understand what They are doing and why they are doing it.
