I began my love for fitness in 2005 when I earned my certificate through the American Council of Exercise. I love what I do because i have the privilege of empowering and inspiring others to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, thereby improving the quality of their life. I opened my training facility in 2008 to help motivate people to exercise, guide in the right direction and reach their goals. Rest assured you will never be bored and you are going to have fun. Intimidated by the the gym and weights, don't be my youngest client is 12 my oldest is 93, you can do this! My attitude always goes above and beyond what my clients' expectations are. Never the same workout twice, I am creative and used to working around aliments, we all get them at one point in our life. I can modify to suit your needs. I promise to challenge you to "your" edge and keep your muscles guessing.
I began a journey 8 years ago after injuries developing a new love for yoga, noticing the benefits it has to so many and compliments the lifting and earning my yoga certification In 2015 to Yoga, 200RYT certified and Delay the Disease Parkinson's Disease through Ohio Health Hospital, inspiring and giving people with Parkinson's Disease hope and a better quality life.
