Blake France

My father was a Naval officer, so our family lived on many navy bases across mainland US and Hawaii.  I have traveled through Europe over various times and lived in Zaragoza, Spain for 2 years. 

After living in NYC and working in Musical Thearte I married and moved to New York State and started a family.  I transitioned into Fitness Instruction and Yoga and opened my own studio near my home.  After 15 years we moved into PA and as my children started college I began teaching full time at The Lodge at Woodloch, a Destination Spa close to my home, and eventually became the Assistant Fitness Manager for several years.

During my time at Woodloch I did several certification to teach those classes at the spa and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Last year I stepped back from Woodloch to teach fewer days there and return to teaching yoga classes at my old studio.
