Heather Smith

Heather has spent her entire life struggling with her weight. She finally found her key in the fall of 2015 when she joined a local gym and started attending group fitness classes. Finding the connection with other participants and the instructors was a huge part of her success. Through proper nutrition, daily attendance and personal training she was able to drop 95 pounds in about 18 months. That brought her total weight loss to 185 pounds from her highest weight.

Heather has taken her passion for group fitness and wanting to help others to the next level and certified in her key motivating formats: RIPPED and Zumba and just recently Zumba Gold. When she is not in the gym, she spends her time with her husband and four children
