Lea Helmers

I was born and grew up in Berlin. After attending a French college in Berlin, I spent some time in Argentina and Brazil before studying computer sciences. I was a passionate dancer ever since and strongly into yoga since ten years which is an awesome counterbalance for the intellectually intense work of a statistical programmer. I completed a YTTC in 2018 and have taught in several institutions including offices and 1:1 yoga sessions since then.
