Yoga is the mending and renewal of the mind, body, and soul through the ongoing moments of opening and releasing. Through this practice, we become ready for the field of life, able to overcome obstacles, set boundaries, and exceed limitations as all beings are meant to do. I believe that acquiring this skill set is a vital part of thriving in the modern day world. I hope to introduce and integrate more diversity into the yoga community and lead people to more natural remedies to take control of their life and find their power. My approach to yoga is both powerful and peaceful, integrating principles from the Baptiste school of power yoga with the vinyasa style. My style of teaching is a hands on approach where students leave feeling seen. When I am not teaching yoga, I enjoy painting, writing my vegan cookbook, and taking care of my indoor jungle and dog.
