Emily Dock

Emily Dock here! I am the wife of a high school teacher and football coach and mom of 3 very active boys. Team Dock lives in Michigan where we run like crazy from sport to sport all year long and enjoy our summers exploring the Great Lakes. For me, flexibility is the name of the game. I juggle mom-life along with a number of work responsibilities. I work in development part-time at my alma mater, Calvin University, I am a distributor for Young Living Essential Oils and I teach fitness classes (PiYo Live and Transform Live) at the local gym. My joy is sharing health and wellness and having fun while doing it!
