About a year into consistently practicing yoga, a friend brought me to Oasis Yoga + Wellness. I loved the atmosphere, teachers, and slower, mindful style. I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of, so i took a leap and signed up for my 200hr teacher training here in 2016. As a RYT200, I now teach vinyasa, hatha slow flow, and TRX classes, where I focus on alignment, moving with breath, and offering my students a challenge. The more I teach, the more I am able to learn about myself, others, and the ancient practice of yoga.
