Allison Halley

As a lover of all sports and fitness, Alli grew up an acid gymnast, while her parents claim she walked more on her hands than her feet! She also found a love for tennis, and enjoyed playing that sport throughout high school.

In her early adult years through a passion she had for breast cancer awareness Alli fell into the sport of sprint distance triathlons and spent 10+ years swimming, biking and running around Texas.

Yoga didn't enter her life until about 2 years ago, as she looked for an athletic outlet easier on her body, and also a way to stay strong, healthy, and injury free for years to come. 

Alli is a proud wife, mom and Human Resources professional in Austin, Texas with a strong love and empathy for all. As a recent 200 RYT, she is excited to share the passion she has found in yoga with students of all ages for years to come. With her additional passion for travel, the opportunity to share the experience of yoga with other travelers across the country (and beyond!) while vacationing is both exciting and rewarding.
