After a milestone birthday with more migraines than memories, I attended a yoga class to see if it would help. Yoga’s freeing breathwork allowed me to pause in the stillness and discover. I loved how yoga made me feel in my body and my mind. The more yoga I practiced, the more I wanted to learn. Before I knew it, I had become a registered yoga teacher.
