Health and wellness has always been my highest priority. I have always valued my health and as such, taken care of my physical well being since my early 20's. I love training and I love training others! Looking the part and living my healthiest life is critical to being a trainer. As I turned 40 after having my twins I really amped up my game. I've ran dozens of 5Ks, 10Ks, and a half marathon all while managing life, work, children and family. My health is my number one priority. Since fitness has been my passion for so long, I decided to turn my passion into a business and since then I've led many out of poor health into their best versions.

I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2017. I've been leading group fitness classes since 2015. Specialize in HIIT and Strength Training. Additionally, I'm a Certified Health Coach. I teach with an energetic, engaging and encouraging manner. I create a sense of community within the class using partner work and creative programming. Form is key and attention to detail providing form correction to maximize workout as well as injury prevention. Creating challenging (on all levels from beginner to advanced) workouts is my wheelhouse. Rarely do I ever repeat a workout. I can scan my surroundings whether it's outdoors or in and use what's around me to create a well rounded workout.
