I have been in the fitness industry off and on for over 15 years.  I originally became inspired to start teaching after I did a series or at-home workouts called Turbojam.  I then began teaching a various gyms including LA fitness and Kennesaw State University.  My classes included Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Yoga, and Pilates. After I got married, I took a break from teaching to spend more time at home.  I continued to take classes at Lifetime fitness and this is where I fell in love with Yoga.  After developing a practice I began to find much more than just physical benefit.  I became calmer in situations that had previously caused me incredible anxiety.  I decided to take the 200 hour yoga teacher training they were offering in Winter/Spring of 2018.  This was a life-changing experience and I couldn't wait to get back to teaching and share what I had learned.  I continue to teach yoga at Lifetime fitness and for Kaiser Permanente.
