My purpose is to take my students on a guided experience that will leave them feeling rejuvenated, energized, inspired and self discovered. I believe in creating opportunities of self discovery for my students by combining the practice of yoga and meditation with the use of modern technology and musicality.

*Safely guide students of all body types and levels into yoga postures with verbal clear and concise cues. 

*Provide Hands On Assists to deepen physical alignment to ensure maximum benefits.

*Provide stimulating guided meditation practices that allow for a true connection to the breath and moments of self study.

*Recruit, cast, on-board and coach a top yoga teaching team.

*Develop and grow a robust, relevant, branded schedule with the best teachers in place by pairing the right teacher with the right class format to ensure exceptional student experience.

*Build strong member relations by serving as point of contact in member outreach on the floor, in the studio and at the front desk.
