John Atkinson

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina. Moved to the Columbia, South Carolina area in 1970. Attended the University of South Carolina and played on the USC Golf Team. I went on to graduate from Lander University, in Greenwood, South Carolina. My family opened Silver Fox Tennis Club in 1975 and filled the membership in one year. We operated the 6th largest retail tennis store in the southeast, the Silver Fox Tennis Shop. I am now an instructor for numerous facilities in the Columbia South Carolina area, working freelance from my home. I am 52 years old and intend to teach 30 more years as tennis is my true love. Tennis has been good to me.
