Holly discovered yoga as a prenatal student in 2000, unaware of how profoundly it would transform her life. What began as a physical practice soon became a cornerstone of her well-being, offering benefits far beyond the mat. Yoga became a path to greater self-awareness, mindfulness, and balance.
Holly specializes in integrating mindfulness into movement, guiding students to cultivate self-awareness and holistic well-being through attention to breath, sensation, and alignment. As a multifaceted instructor, she offers expertise in Yoga, Mobility, Resistance, and Personal Training, as well as Forest Therapy and Holistic Health Coaching. Her mission is to create inclusive, safe spaces where students can explore stability (sthira) and ease (sukha) in both their practice and daily lives. Through her teachings, Holly inspires others to embrace strength, mobility, and mindfulness, fostering healthful aging, longevity, and a vibrant connection to the present moment.
With over 3,000 teaching hours, Holly holds advanced certifications in yoga (E-RYT 500, YACEP), mobility and corrective exercise (TRS-C Mobility Specialist, Yoga Corrective Exercise Specialist), and holistic health (Master CPT, Holistic Health Coach, Forest Therapy Guide). She also serves as a Co-Lead Instructor for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Lift Yoga. Deeply passionate about helping others cultivate resilience and balance, Holly is committed to supporting her students on their journey toward lifelong health, vitality, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.
