I started weight training when I was 15. Have done everything from boxing to ballet to badminton and everything in between. I have always been a fitness enthusiast and now that I'm a 50 year old grandma it becomes even more important to stay healthy and show others how to do the same as they get older. I love teaching group fitness. My mantra is wanting to get people up and moving and off the couch but make exercise fun so that it doesn't seem like exercise!
