Kerri Wiegand

Hello folks!  My name is Kerri Wiegand and my passion is to inspire and share healthy living through fitness, nutrition education and all things healthy!  I formerly taught physical education and coached sport at the elementary and secondary school levels and now teach Group Dance-Fitness Classes as well as own a convenient-nutrition business. 

I love to teach Dance-Fitness Classes!  And what is a dance-fitness class you ask?  It is a class where movement patterns fit the music!  I describe them as the casserole of fitness classes as they incorporate some moves from jazz dance, hip-hop as well as kick-boxing, Pilates and yoga!  They are high energy classes that can be easily modified to fit all ages and all fitness levels and can be enjoyed on land or in the pool!  The variety of music – from Top 40 to Country to Techno, keeps each class interesting and motivating!
