I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA to an Italian mom & a Cuban father. Rhythm is in my blood! My mother started my formal dance training at age 8 (ballet, pointe, jazz) and I continued dancing until I became a mom which then was my full time job! I've always been athletic- I was a gymnast in high school. Back in 2014, I was concerned about being laid off from my regular job in art sales. After a quick skills assessment I went for my initial Zumba Training. Zumba is my passionate side gig! I can't imagine life without it now. It has been a LIFE CHANGER! When the owner of my company sells their business in a few years I will be in the Fitness world full time. (Although my husband would argue I am now!) This Fitness format perfectly fits my outgoing personality. The pure joy it brings to my students is so fulfilling! I have lived in northern Arizona for the past 26 years. We were blessed with 2 children, now 20 & 25.
