I am a 35 year old mom of three little boys, and fitness is my passion! I teach multiple group fitness classes every week, and enjoy running group HIIT bootcamps outside of the gym. I am a high energy individual who loves to challenge others to be the best version of themselves while having fun in the process. I am also an avid runner and enjoy lifting weights.
