Hello, I teach Yoga Therapy in a variety of settings. I am a mother of two children a new grandma & newly married. I love everything active outside...hiking, running, going to the beach or just hanging out with my family and friends. I'm really looking forward to exploring new adventures!!
My two passions to teach are Yoga/Pilates. I really enjoy bringing this deep love and passion to my members!!
