I have been practicing yoga for approximately ten years. My practice has strenghtened my body, mind, and resolve, has cultivated feelings of calm and peace in daily life, and stoked a fire and passion to share yoga with others as a means of enriching lives both on and off the mat.  

 

 
Each of my classes is unique with common threads that run throughout.  Classes focus on deep relaxation/meditation, stretching, strengthening and breath work.  My hope is for students to leave class feeling more calm, centered, and open than before class and that it will enhance a feeling of overall health and well-being,
