I have been an athlete all of my life with a great fondness for physical fitness. I have a diverse background that includes gymnastics, swimming and softball. Even in my leisure time finds me taking kickboxing classes, self defense techniques, ,Brazilian Jujitsu and Tae Kwon Do classes. I have 12 years experience in Weight Management and Health and Wellness Coaching with emphasis on meal planning. I am certified Primary Group Exercise with Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Certified Personal Trainer with National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM). I teach HIIT classes, Circuit training, Women's only classes as well as one on one training for that personal touch.
