In 2015, I joined a friends bootcamp and decided it was something I wanted to do myself so I became certified and have been working in the fitness industry ever since.
Shortly after completing my original personal training certification, I learned more about pre/postnatal training and core/pelvic floor considerations and completed various additional certifications.
I enjoy staying active through weight-lifting, yoga, paddleboarding and chasing after my kids. I look forward to seeing all the people I get to meet and places I get to go through this incredible opportunity!
