I have an Associate degree in Liberal Arts Math and Science also pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology. I’m currently a Care Coordinator for the Dept. of Neurology at Rutgers Medical School. In which I Assist the Neurologist with the proper care with patient suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. I have spent Fourteen years working as a Senior Registrar/Coordinator in a hospital/As well as a three Years as a Physical Therapy Aide. In my past role as a Senior Patient Coordinator at Weill Cornell Medicine in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, I was required to manage a range of general administrative and specialized tasks in a timely and accurate manner. My responsibility are now to manage The Director of Muscular Dystrophy and EMG studies. I’m required to handle the physician Outlook Calendar, as well as schedule upcoming meetings, Conferences and telephone depositions if needed. This includes scheduling patients, basic clerical duties, Basic Medical Assistance (vitals, height and weight). Provide support to the physiatrists when needed. I’ve also have Experience handling children and Infants as a care giver, And Parent advocate for Children with Autism. I enjoy writing Articles to Autism magazine as well as being a speaker for parents who children have Autism. I'm also a Zumba Instructor for kids as well as elderly. I'm working on my NCSM to become a personal trainer to help give children confidence and keep them active.
