Melissa is a 200-hour E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. She loves to share the joy of yoga with individuals of all experience levels and those with chronic health conditions. She teaches yoga classes at studios, resorts, public events and other destinations throughout the world.
Melissa teaches vinyasa flow, hot, restorative and yin yoga, and is trained to teach yoga to our first responders. In her classes, expect to be challenged in a way that revitalizes you and helps you realize your strengths and potential.
