Jennifer Rose is a certified personal trainer with a real passion for all things health, fitness and wellness! Being a little on the heavier side growing up, and despite her efforts to keep active --partaking in karate, soccer, dance, and swimming -- Jennifer continued to find herself in a cyclical plateau of feeling body conscious, out of shape, and overweight.
It was not until her early twenties, where something “clicked” and Jennifer decided it was time to really take her fitness goals seriously. She hired a personal trainer, hit the gym minimum4x a week, monitored her eating habits and kept consistent to her goals. Over the past 5 years, Jennifer has undergone her own physical fitness transformation, where she has lost a total of 45lbs –and has kept it off since!
From there, her love for fitness flourished! Hungry to immerse herself in the health and wellness culture, Jennifer transitioned her academic studies from music, to that of fitness and nutrition. She has also competed and placed 3rd in a bikini competition, and is currently studying to obtain her Holistic Nutrition degree.
In addition to personal training and coaching services, Jennifer currently teaches at Integrity Fitness –an award-winning all women’s fitness studio in Vaughan, ON, Canada. Jennifer now teaches up to 30 high-energy, boot camp style classes a week, where she designs her own circuits that merit creativity, purposeful training techniques, and inclusivity for all.
