Kristy Gonzales

Kristy Gonzales holds a BS in Behavioral Science and Health.  She is a certified group fitness instructor, boot camp, personal trainer, cycling instructor, yoga instructor, TRX instructor, water aerobics instructor, mountain biking coach and physical therapy aid.  She is a former Division I springboard and platform diver. Her passion for fitness evolved when unexpected health problems lead to her being unable to walk for seven years.  Her approach to fitness is: move right now, do what you can and embrace the process. She specializes in creating exercise formats for people with injuries and limitations. She strives to educate and inspire people of all ages to have a healthy relationship with their body and to enjoy what their bodies can do.
