Asanas and pranayama are the two limbs of yoga that I enjoy the most. Before I became a teacher I never questioned myself why I like yoga or how it makes me feel. I saw the tip of the iceberg and after getting my 200-hour yoga teacher training I’ve been exposed to the depths and knowledge yoga truly has to offer including continued education, retreats, books, and styles. Yoga is challenging, but it teaches us to keep present no matter the circumstances. My classes will cultivate an inspiring environment scored with uplifting and appropriately placed restful music to help yogi’s stay present.
