Beth Mancl

My name is Beth Mancl. I am 27 years old and I am currently living and teaching physical education in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I started teaching yoga while attending the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. I learned from the very best, Tammy Zee. She owns her own yoga studio, teaches at the University, and all over the world. I was able to work with Tammy while also competing as a body builder. I am currently teaching high school health and physical education, coaching girls basketball and softball, and teaching yoga at the local YMCA. I enjoy many different styles of yoga but nothing is better than a great power yoga session!!
