I have a passion for vigorous workouts with good motivational music. I love sharing my workouts and music through teaching my classes. When I teach Spinning, Stages and GGX Cycle, my class is like a replica of outdoor rides as well as circuit training. I love sharing my journey to good health and great workouts.
