I started teaching fitness in my college dorm in 1984 and haven't stopped since! I've been riding the fitness wave for 35 years - and it's been quite a thrill!
At a resort, I could teach an awesome bootcamp style "leg day." I teach it with a HIIT timer for 26 minutes, followed by stretching and a fitness motivational speech for encouragement. I also teach a HIIT aqua fitness class that is a great cardio workout, leaving the participant with strong legs, a strong heart and a refreshed feeling of amazing energy.
My mantra and motto has always been: “Your fitness is important to me!” I eat, sleep and breath fitness and consider fitness to be my passion, ministry and healthy drug. I believe in the importance of physical health to enhance and support mental health.
