Dale Kaufman

 

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 12 years and my practice has helped me grow stronger, calmer and more flexible both on and off the mat. A former middle school social worker, former marathon runner and current professional musician, I have found that yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

 

I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with YogaOne Studio in Cedarburg, WI in June 2018. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the wisdom my teachers have shared with me. I love teaching and practicing yoga. I feel that I learn something new with each class I teach and each class I take. I especially enjoy teaching Slow Flow/Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga. I also have training in Yoga Nidra.

 

In my classes, I strive to combine creative sequencing, wonderful music and a dose of inspiration to help students deepen their practice. I seek to help others relax and find peace by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga and my hope is that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
