Christi began loving fitness by starting a running program with her parents at the age of 13, in attempts to lose weight as a "fat kid." She started noticing changes not only in physical appearance, but in confidence and mental strength. Her passion for running grew, as did a love for many athletic pass times like Boot camps, kickboxing, pilates, and many sports.
By the time she was a young mom, in her late 20's, she started helping friends who wanted to lose weight by starting a local workout group. Eventually it led to getting certified as a Group Fitness Instructor at a local gym, which started the snowball effect of gaining certifications and teaching opportunities in many genres such as PiYo, SilverSneakers, and indoor cycling. She is a personal trainer, specializing in training older adults maintaining a high-quality, mobile lifestyle.
Christi loves trying new things, traveling, creating delicious and nutritious meals, and being a wife and mother to 3 wild little athletes.
