Dominique Sy

Hi my name is Dominique and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience.  I have completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Center of Burlington in 2008 with Honours.  I am also a certified Prenatal and Restorative Yoga Teacher. I have been teaching Yoga full time for the past 10 years in Community Centers, Yoga Studios and Retreat Centers as well as on the beach (my favorite place in the whole world!)

I teach variety of classes from Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa to Restorative and Prenatal. I have a strong home practice and regularly attend classes and workshop to further grow as a student and a Yoga Teacher.

I volunteer in elementary and secondary schools teaching Yoga to kids and teenagers as a way of giving back to the community. Yoga is my passion and I find enormous joy to share it with others. I love supporting others in building strength, stamina and inner peace on their own journey of health and well-being.
