I have always had a passion for exercise and staying healthy through all stages of life.  My day job is a Physical Therapist Assistant, which allows me to share my passion with the clients I see.

I have practiced Yoga for 14 years, and found that Yoga helps me personally to maintain a balance of strength, flexibility and calming.  The best part of Yoga is that anyone can practice it, no matter your age or level of fitness.

 I hope to share my enthusiasm for Yoga with my students.   My goal is that they can experience a challenging workout, and a calmer mind, therefore extending that same calmness in all they encounter.

I have been teaching for 3+ years, mostly a power Vinyasa Flow.    I also teach more of a slow flow for unwind.
