Mary Gaw is a dual-industry, highly energetic and self-motivated individual who thrives in sharing her positive life outlook beyond the doors of any fitness facility.  Her group exercise participants are kept motivated through her own fitness experiences -- researching corrective options, exploring new combinations, participating in various group exercise and/or individual formats -- she takes these first-hand experiences into the classroom.  Her students motivate her to excel everyday!

Mary's range of training include novice, pre-professionals, weekend warriors, and semi-sedentary individuals -- each with varying degrees of fitness, joint range of motion, and cardio capability -- all provided with exercise options to enable participants to be a part of her classes.  Among the common modalities (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands), Mary regularly incorporates TRX suspension training, BOSU, gliders, battling ropes to provide variety and excitement into her classes.

Mary holds a BA in Management Information Systems and was a career information technology professional in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years.  She followed her passion into the Fitness Industry in February 2012 and quickly became hooked!  Mary is a nationally-certified personal trainer, including NASM CPT and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitour Primary Pilates, Fitour Primary Step, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, TRX-certified Group Instructor, and 200-RYT through the Yoga Alliance.
