I have been active in the Fitness industry for approximately 9 years. I am truly passionate about fitness and value the importance of health, fitness and life balance.
I work full time in a corporate environment, but also choose to balance my family and fitness profession to achieve overall happiness in life.
Along with my day job, I am also a part time fitness leader teaching at gyms and at my work place for team building events. I specialize in Yoga, Cardio, Kickbox, Muscle conditioning and Aquafit. I am certified in what I teach to ensure participant safety and benefits.
I inspire others to be their best in class and in life through encouragement and setting realistic and achievable goals.
I am also active in the community as I volunteer for the YMCA a not for profit community organization providing many programs related to health and fitness to the community. I've organized many fund raisers. In addition I am a volunteer soccer and hockey coach for my children's sports teams.
