I have been doing yoga on a regular basis since 2015. I received my certification from Yoga Fit in March of 2020. I love teaching yoga and sharing the healing and calming effects of yoga. I have been teaching yoga outdoors at my home. Once I have been COVID vaccinated, I plan to teach at a homeless shelter for victims of domestic violence where I currently volunteer.
My journey into the world of yoga began when I was suffering from severe migraines. Since then I have learned to use yoga to heal my physical body, calm my emotions, and bring balance into my life. Yoga is a way to connect the mind and the body and to become aware of the spirit. Yoga has changed my life and I work to cater each class to meet the needs of the individual.
I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management.
