I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor; I played several sports including baseball, soccer, track & field, and wrestling. These sports introduced me to competition, fitness and strength training. I has a love and respect of the martial arts and have trained in Jeet Kune Do. This diverse background of training helped develop a well rounded approach to overall fitness. I enjoy sharing my passion for living a healthy lifestyle to help others reach their goals.
