My focus as a yoga instructor is on healing, energizing, the understanding of intuition, going inward to find your true self, learning about your heart center to bring more peace into you world, restoring and rejuvenating.  Now, and moreover my practice is teaching me to embrace imperfection; to have compassion for all that life brings, good or bad.  It now seems less about fixing things and more about learning to be present for exactly what is.  Yoga is teaching me to find some sort of balance and ease in the uncertainty similar to learning a new pose that I may not be able YET to get into. 

Receiving my Yoga Training 200 hour Certificate in 2014, my focus is on healing, energizing and going inward to find your true self, embracing your heart center to bring more peace and balance to your outer world.  The peace of mind, benefits and comfort in my soul with my practice cannot be fully explained in small words.  I vowed that I would attempt to pass along the true benefits to every single one of my classes for all to reap the rewards of this ancient healing practice for mind, body and soul.  As I travel thorough my journey in life, grow, heal and transform, the practice continues to keep me grounded and balanced, which can be passed along to all I connect with.
