Mike is know for his compassion-centered philosophy and for his physical and meditative teaching style. Mike weaves thought-provoking meditations throughout his classes, applying ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and understandable way. He encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self through various forms of yoga and meditation practice. All of Mike's classes are body focused introducing yoga poses in a fun and easy to understand way to improve well being.
