I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago, as means to alleviate physical stress in my body caused by running and cycling. I grew to love yoga because it has been a way for me to really tune in and connect with not only my physical body, but my emotional and spiritual self as well. I am passionate about health and wellness, as evidenced by my education in nursing, BSN. I enjoy spending time outdoors running, cycling, skiing, paddling, gardening, whatever! I love my family deeply and am so blessed by each of them. I have a huge heart for pets and could not imagine life without our little dog Andy!
