I am passionate about healthy eating and exercise... I walk (or run/spin) the walk and eat the talk. I have lived a vegan lifestyle and encourage everyone to include more plants in their diets as well as move more, even while on vacation. I am a Registered Dietitian and Group Exercise Fitness and Spin Instructor (NETA). I have my spin (indoor cycling) certification and have completed a 200 hr Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training in July 2020.
