I have been into fitness my whole life. Was training with weights while riding professional motocross. After having a child and being at home more I started back into fitness with running and CrossFit. I decided my passion was also to coach as well so I became a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and went on to get my CrossFit Kids Certification as well. I will be getting my level 2 next month. I have been coaching for 5 years and love it.
