Jenna Prey

I live in Colorado with my husband and two daughters - ages 9 & 11.  I am an LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor, and 200 hr. RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher.  In my free time, I love to be outside - skiing, hiking, and doing yoga being some of my favorite outdoor activities.  I really enjoy teaching yoga and what it teaches us about our bodies and stress management.  I also love to travel, read, cook, and be with my family and my friends...especially when traveling, skiing, or doing yoga! :)
