Leah Koch

Leah's fitness journey began in Chicago, where she was a professional dancer and earned her first fitness license. Since then, Leah has continued teaching fitness for 8+ years and holds licenses in POUND, Zumba, Spin, and an AFAA Group Fitness Certification. It brings Leah joy to inspire her classes to feel confident, strong, and like they are enough.
