At four fitness clubs since December 21, 2016, I'v been a certified International Body Pump instructor since 2016 and have been coaching members though scientifically proven methods and techniques , pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music--helping to achieve much more than on their own. I LOVE teaching body pump but have enjoy teaching other formats like Yoga, HIT, GRIT, and currently thinking of getting BOXX training too. I'm a fitness enthusiast who plans on living out my years doing what I love, being with a fellowship of fitness lovers. As a 45 year old mother of two boys, I think modeling mental /physical health is a key component to not only with equipping them but others around me too with tools to combat life stresses, look and feel GREAT too.
