Hello!

I grew up in Maryland, spending summers at the beach. I have always been into competitive sports. I moved to Colorado when I was 25 to pursue my love of rock climbing. I am married with two daughters, 17 and 14. After having my first child I decided to stay at home. After my second child, I decided to start teaching indoor cycling for fun. What was a fun situation teaching 2 classes per week grew into an even more fun situation! I have been certified in Group Fitness for 8 years. I now teach about 10 classes per week of many different types. I teach INSANITY, P90X, TRX, SilverSneakers Classic, indoor cycling and I also have over 10 personal training clients per week. I love what I do and I am lucky enough to do what I love! I am also certified in POUND, Ripped and SilverSneakers Circuit and Yoga.
