Jodi has always loved being active, playing sports most of her life including a college soccer career at UW-Milwaukee. Suffering several injuries forced her to stop playing competitive sports and look for other ways to stay fit.
 
She tried a variety of fitness-based classes and eventually found yoga. After seeing the initial physical benefits, she began to crave the mental benefits and the stress relief.
 
Jodi has extensive experience working with all demographics, in the studio at Dragonfly Hot Yoga, in the corporate workplace at Fiskars and Exact Sciences, and with high school athletes. Jodi has helped people feel comfortable in their own practice, quiet their minds, and improve their strength, balance, and flexibility through meditative movement.
